About these terms

These terms cover your use of wizelab.ai and what you buy from Wizelab AI Inc ("Wizelab", "we"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

Using the site

You may read the site and use the free download for lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping or flooding of the download form, no attempts to break into the site or its downloads, and no sharing of a paid download. We may change or remove parts of the site at any time.

Buying

Prices are in US dollars, shown on the page you buy from or in our written quote. Payment goes through Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself. Lunapost is a one-time purchase and includes every update we release for it. We email you the Lunapost package and both setup guides within one business day of payment, and we email you each new version. For a custom setup, we send the package at the kickoff call. Services are priced as shown on the services page or quoted after a call, and retainers have the minimum term shown there. Taxes: our checkout does not add sales tax or VAT today. If we become required to charge tax on a purchase, the checkout shows it before you pay. Any other tax that applies to your purchase where you are is yours to pay.

Lunapost and the license

The paid Lunapost package is licensed to you, not sold. The code is covered by the Lunapost License, which you accept when you buy. It says what you may do with Lunapost, what you may not do and what happens to your access if you are refunded. Lunapost Lite, the free version, is released under the MIT License, as the license page explains.

Refunds

Full refund for the license alone if the buyer asks before we email the package, which we do within one business day of payment; no refund after that. Custom setup is refundable until the kickoff call.

To ask for a refund, write to hello@wizelab.ai from the address you bought with. Section 7 of the license says what happens to your access after a refund.

Services and custom work

For consulting, build and retainer work, the scope, price and timing are in the checkout description or in our written quote. If we sign a separate written agreement with you, it comes first wherever it differs from these terms.

Drafts are yours to check

Lunapost and our other AI work produce output written by AI, which can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing it and for what you publish or rely on.

No warranty and limited liability

The site and our work are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise any ranking, traffic or sales result. To the extent the law allows, Wizelab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, rankings, traffic or data, and our total liability for anything relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Privacy

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. The version on this page applies to your use of the site.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them, or about a purchase from us, goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you rights that a contract cannot take away, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts, those rights still apply.
