Who we are

Wizelab AI Inc ("Wizelab", "we") runs wizelab.ai and sells Lunapost and AI services. For any question about your data, or to ask us to see, correct or delete it, write to hello@wizelab.ai.

Registered address: 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA.

The free download

To download Lunapost Lite on the free page, you enter your email address. We store:

  • your email address, in lowercase;
  • the date and time you first asked for the download, and the most recent time;
  • how many times you asked for it;
  • which page you came from.

We use this to give you the download and to see how many people use it. We do not store your IP address with your email address. To stop one network address from flooding the form, Cloudflare counts requests per address for a short time. That count is not tied to your email address.

Marketing emails are optional

The form has a box, empty by default, that asks whether you want email about Lunapost updates and offers. We send marketing emails only if you tick the box. Downloading without ticking it does not sign you up.

If you tick the box, we also store that you agreed, the exact words shown next to it and the date and time you ticked it, so that we can show when you gave consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Until our emails carry an unsubscribe link, write to hello@wizelab.ai from the address you signed up with and we will stop. Withdrawing does not affect emails we sent before.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It works without cookies, does not follow you across other sites and does not build a profile of you. The pages you can read without signing in set no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Cloudflare also hosts the site, so it handles the technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and block abuse.

Payments

You pay on a Stripe checkout page. Stripe collects your payment details, and we never see or store your card number or bank details. Stripe tells us your name, email address and billing details, the website you enter for your brand (for Lunapost), what you bought and the amount. We use this to deliver your purchase, send receipts, handle refunds and keep our accounts. What Stripe itself collects is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

When paid delivery launches

Today we deliver Lunapost by email. When we switch on automatic delivery after payment, the following also applies.

  • GitHub sign-in. To give you access to the private Lunapost repository, we ask you to sign in with GitHub. We store your numeric GitHub user ID and your GitHub login (your username). We do not store your GitHub password or access token.
  • Purchase records. For each purchase we keep your email address, the brand website you entered at checkout, what you bought, the Stripe payment it belongs to, the amounts and its state (for example active, refunded or in dispute). We use this to decide who may download and to handle refunds and disputes.
  • Sign-in emails. To let you come back and download updates, we email a sign-in link to the address you bought with. We also email you when we release a Lunapost update. We send these through Cloudflare Email Service.
  • One cookie. Signing in to the download page sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. The page needs it to work. We do not use it for tracking or advertising.

Who handles your data

A few services run the site for us and handle your data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, our database, file storage and analytics, and email delivery once paid delivery launches.
  • Stripe: payments.
  • Google Workspace: our email, which we use to send you your purchase and its updates and to answer you.
  • GitHub: access to the private repository, once paid delivery launches.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with these services, or where the law requires it. These services are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there and in the other countries where they operate.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep free-download email addresses until you ask us to delete them. We keep purchase and payment records for seven years after the purchase, to meet tax and accounting rules.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@wizelab.ai. We answer within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date.

Lunapost grew out of Gev Balyan's Rankenstein skill for Claude, which adapted the research-first pipeline of Rankenstein by Daniel Agrici and Benjamin Samar. It also draws on three books: The AEO Blueprint for Startups (Sean Ellis and Jonathan Martinez), Made to Stick (Chip and Dan Heath) and Contagious (Jonah Berger).
