Lunapost License 1.0

Licensor: Wizelab AI Inc ("Wizelab", "we"). Questions about this license: hello@wizelab.ai.

This license is between Wizelab and the person or company that bought Lunapost ("you"). By buying, installing or using Lunapost you accept it.

1. What this license covers

"Lunapost" means the paid Lunapost package that Wizelab delivers to you after you buy: the skill, the routine, the plugin, the setup guides and every update we deliver to you under section 6.

Lunapost (formerly the Rankenstein Claude skill) builds on earlier versions of that skill, which were published under the MIT License. That MIT License keeps applying to those earlier versions, and this license does not change it. Lunapost Lite, the free version, is also released under the MIT License. Neither is covered by this license.

2. What you may do

You may use and modify Lunapost for any brand you own. That means a brand, business, product or website that you own or, if you bought for a company, that the company owns.

For those brands you may install Lunapost in your own Claude account and in Claude Code, run it by hand or on a schedule, change the skill, the brand file and the routine to suit your use, and keep backup copies.

You own the posts, content briefs and reports that Lunapost produces for your brands. We claim no rights in them.

3. Engineers and contractors

An engineer or contractor you hire may install and run Lunapost for you, for your brands, in your accounts. They may use your copy of Lunapost and the access we give you on your behalf, only to install, run and maintain Lunapost for your brands. They act for you and only for you. They get no license of their own, they must not keep a copy of Lunapost when the work ends, and you are responsible for what they do with it.

4. Agencies

This license does not cover using Lunapost for brands you do not own. Agencies that use Lunapost for their clients' brands need a separate agency license. The same applies to freelancers and consultants who run Lunapost in their own accounts for several clients. To ask about an agency license, write to hello@wizelab.ai.

5. What you may not do

You may not share, resell or publish Lunapost, in whole or in part, except as section 3 allows. Apart from that exception, this includes:

• giving, selling, lending or renting the download, or any copy of it, to anyone else;
• sharing any download link, sign-in or other access we give you;
• putting Lunapost, or a copy of it, in a public repository, a marketplace, a forum or a file-sharing site;
• offering Lunapost, or access to it, as part of a product or service you sell;
• sublicensing Lunapost, or removing the license, copyright and credit notices from its files.

6. Delivery and updates

After payment we email you the Lunapost package and both setup guides, within one business day, at the email address you bought with. If you bought a custom setup, we email you within one business day to book the kickoff call instead, and we send you the package at that call.

The price you paid includes every update we release for Lunapost. You pay nothing more for updates. We email each new version to the address you bought with. If we later offer other ways to get Lunapost and its updates, such as a download page or a private GitHub repository, we tell you by email, and this license covers what you get through them.

7. Refunds

If you bought the license alone, you get a full refund if you ask before we email you the package. We email it within one business day of payment, and there is no refund once we have emailed it to you.

Custom setup, which includes the license, is refundable in full until the kickoff call. If only the setup part of a custom setup purchase is refunded, the license you paid for stays in place.

To ask for a refund, write to hello@wizelab.ai from the email address you bought with.

Your access ends as soon as a full refund is issued. We stop sending you updates, any download link or other access we gave you stops working, you must stop using Lunapost, and you must delete every copy you or your contractor hold. We cannot take back a copy you already received, which is why this license requires you to delete it.

If you dispute the payment with your bank or card issuer, your access is paused while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in Wizelab's favor, your access is restored. If it is decided against Wizelab, it is treated as a refund.

8. Your accounts, costs and responsibility

Lunapost runs in your own Claude account or in Claude Code, and uses your Claude usage. Claude, any SEO tool and any Shopify connector are separate services with their own prices and terms. Their costs are separate from the price of this license, and Wizelab does not provide, resell or guarantee them.

Lunapost writes drafts and never publishes. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and for what you publish, including its facts, claims and citations.

9. Ownership

Wizelab and its licensors keep all rights in Lunapost that this license does not give you. This license lets you use Lunapost; it does not sell it to you.

10. No warranty

Lunapost is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Drafts are written by AI and can contain mistakes. We do not promise any ranking, traffic or sales result.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wizelab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, rankings, traffic or data, and Wizelab's total liability for anything relating to Lunapost is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Ending this license

This license ends as soon as a full refund is issued, as section 7 says. Wizelab may also end it if you break section 5, by telling you so by email and ending your access. When it ends, you must stop using Lunapost and delete every copy. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11 and 13 continue after it ends.

13. General

This is version 1.0 of the Lunapost License. A later update may come with a newer version of the license; the version you accepted when you bought applies to the package you bought, unless you agree to a newer one.

You may not transfer this license to anyone else without our written consent.

This license and your order are the whole agreement between you and Wizelab about Lunapost. If a part of it cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about it goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer and the law where you live gives you rights that a contract cannot take away, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts, those rights still apply.
